DB Apparel provides clothing sourcing and purchasing assistance. Customers authorize us to locate, purchase, and coordinate the shipment of products from third-party suppliers on their behalf.

DB Apparel is not the manufacturer of the products we source unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate order information.
• Ensure that products you request comply with all applicable laws.
• Not request products that infringe intellectual property rights or violate any law.
• Pay all applicable service fees before an order is processed.

DB Apparel reserves the right to refuse any order that we reasonably believe involves illegal, counterfeit, infringing, or prohibited products.

Final pricing will be provided before your order is confirmed whenever reasonably possible.

DB Apparel does not guarantee:

• Manufacturing quality
• Exact color or sizing
• Supplier performance

We make reasonable efforts to source products accurately but cannot control third-party suppliers.

6. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are estimates only.

DB Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs inspections
• Weather
• Supplier delays
• Other events outside our control

7. Limitation of Liability

We aren’t liable and cannot control what our suppliers do at certain times.

8. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final unless a dispute is made, where you will be connected with an agent to discuss a potential return.
